This category includes all photos of landscape, animals, plants and natural processes. Buildings and people may be included that, by their purpose and position, fit into the landscape but do not dominate the photograph. This category also includes photos that emphasize the issue of protection and preservation of the natural environment through aesthetics and the underlying message. Photos must have been taken in the time period 2021 – 2024. The following photo enhancements are acceptable: cropping, contrast and exposure changes, color correction, desaturation, HDR, mixing two or three frames into one, but from the same country and same time frame. Not acceptable: Importing elements from other photos, or from the same scene on another day, or using any other technique that is not mentioned in the list of allowed interventions. Photographs created by artificial intelligence are prohibited. You can only apply with one photo for this category.
