International focus award Albania (IFAA) is a yearly photography contest organized Albanian Focus and Public Art Gallery of Fier “ Vison Kilica”. The events is supported by Albanian Ministry of Culture . A group of private sector and NGO supports the event: Fiof Italia, Shoqata Antik, Ejalbum, Bluerhino, Galeria Pavlovka, Kult Galeri, Benart Print.
STATEMENT
The applicant declares the veracity of the information provided in this application and I agree to the terms and conditions listed on the application form. It also confirms that it is the sole author and copyright owner of the submitted photographs.
JUDGMENT
Jury will examine delivered work based on principle of full anonymity. Jury will be examining all delivered work anonymously with no knowledge or possibility of identification of photographer. A second examination from organizes will follow jury examination. If there is doubt of unauthorized interventions, organizers reserve the right to seek from the other the original picture to investigate authenticity. Picture should not have filigree, frame, signature, logo. The photographer sent her/his personal info and info of the picture taken in a separate folder. Editing and retouching instruction at the end of category should be observed carefully. It is for the jury to decide if actual interventions comply with announced requirements.
Terms of Participation
As participant of the contest, you agree not to publish/ transfer legally protected content. To publish/deliver content, text, image, video, audio of blasphemies, slander, porn, offensive, obscene, abusive, threatening, racist, fascist, chauvinist, illegal, fake, which spreads ethnic hatred, damages other people reputation or is forbidden by laws of EU and Republic of Albania.
All participating authors continue to retain the author right on their work. Selected participates and winners of the contest allow the Organizers the right to use non excusivle their work in promotion activities on media ( including social media, on line media, written press), exhibition, catalogue, public domain and other activities arranged by the Organizer.
It is Authors responsibility to guarantee that submission of work in the contest is in compliance with the law applicable in Republic of Albania and no third party who can claim compensations retains authors right.
